"I liked the fact that the agent (Bethany) wasn't overbearing when I said I had a few things to do, and then I would be in touch. She didn't blow my phone up in that interm time frame. I told her I'd get back to her, and I did, the following week, and I got insurance. She was very informative with the policies and the coverage that fit me best for what I needed and was looking for. Also, she explained some other things about adding vehicles onto the policy at no additional charge instead of trying to upsell me on something.
