I am a Penn State marketing graduate with more than ten years in insurance. My childhood friend David and I started MVP Insurance in Northeast Ohio because we wanted the people around us to have an agency that gives honest advice, real choices and someone who picks up the phone. I lead the agency’s insurance strategy, which means I read the policies so our clients do not have to. Away from the office, I coach youth football.

Hi, my name is Michelle Plaufcan. I am an insurance agent in Zelienople with over 23 years of insurance experience. I became an insurance agent because I am passionate about helping people in the community. I believe it is my responsibility as an insurance agent to guide each of my customers through their questions and provide the products and knowledge that can protect them best. 


I have lived in New Castle for 33 years. I have 2 grown sons and 2 daughters. In my free time you can find me enjoying nature and spending time with my dogs.
